Callcenta provides a web-based platform that allows businesses to:

  • Record and track customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups
  • Assign and manage staff tasks related to customer interactions
  • Receive notifications and reminders for scheduled calls
  • Manage and analyze customer data securely

We may update or improve the Service from time to time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use Callcenta, you must provide accurate information during registration and be authorized to act on behalf of your business. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

  • New users may begin with a 7-day free trial.
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly.
  • Payments are processed via authorized payment partners.
  • Failure to renew may result in temporary suspension until payment is made.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of your data. We do not sell or share your data except as required by law or with your consent. All data handling complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Callcenta for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Callcenta and its operators are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use or inability to use the Service. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or non-payment. Data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted here with an effective date. Continued use of Callcenta means acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
